Registration Questions:

1. How Can I Register?
You may register online through our website, www.theuniversalgroup.ca, or over the phone with a credit card. Please keep in mind that payment is required in order to secure your spot.
UHS has a 3-business day cancellation policy. If the cancellation is within the 3-business day window, program transfer and/or refunds will not be offered unless the cancellation is for a legitimate reason.
No, the course must be taken in the classroom as there are hands on elements to the program that cannot be completed through online.

1-Day Recert Questions:

Yes, UHS will offer the TCP Recert program to TCPs with expiring tickets from any WorkSafe-approved TCP Certifier.
No, you are required to complete the 1-day recert program in order to renew your ticket

2-Day TCP Course Questions:

The duration of the program is 16 hours over 2 consecutive days.

Students are responsible for bringing CSA-approved steel-toed boots with ankle support for the second day of training.

Yes, students are required to successfully complete an exam as well as an on road practical in order to receive their ticket.

The ticket is valid for 3 years, after which you may take a 1-day program to renew the certificate, up to 6 months after the day of expiry.
